What to Expect

On Arrival: Given the high demand of our services please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. This will ensure you and the person following your appointment will receive the full time allocated to your treatments. It will also give you an opportunity to discuss any particular areas of concern with your aesthetician or stylist before commencing.

Your Therapist: If you are a regular client of aesthetica we will always endeavour to allocate your preferred aesthetician or stylist.  As a new client you will be booked in with the most qualified therapist or stylist within your area of treatment.  That is, we will ensure your first treatment is conducted by someone who specialises within the field for which you are coming to see us. aesthetica only engages the most qualified, experienced and personable aestheticians and stylists, meaning you are always in good hands!

Your Treatment: To ensure your complete comfort, sarongs and towels and, where appropriate, blankets are provided during facial and body treatments.  aesthetica also supplies and utilises disposable items wherever possible, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are adhered to at all times.

On Departure: On completion of your treatment you will be invited to relax over a freshly brewed cup of herbal tea or coffee in our reception area.  We will also schedule your next appointment at this time. Please keep in mind that should you need to change an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice so that we may offer the appointment to someone else.
